The Beaches Guadeloupe

Grande Anse Deshaies

The " postcard " beach. Near a large carpark, a beautiful beach with caramel sand color, bordered by some souvenir shops and other restaurants.
It is the swell (there are no rollers) which regularly becomes very strong and can be dangerous, particularly for the children.

Grande Anse Trois Rivières

Large black sandy beach where it is possible to rent windsurf and chairs. Good point of view on the Saintes.

Beach of the îlet Gosier

It is opposite to Gosier, easily recognizable by its white and red headlight. To reach it, you embark on the fishing boats which transport the tourists, it is a small white sandy beach, with a nice view on the town of Gosier. Dominican rendez-vous and lots of festivals organized.

Beach Anse du Souffleur

Great beach located at Port-Louis where many festivals are organized. It has several carbets, ideal to stay with your family or with friends.

Beach of the Salines

Located at the Pointe des Chateaux ideal beach for the bodyborders, with a sight on La Désirade. The bathe is dangerous there because of the rollers.

Beach of Petit Havre

Located between Gosier and Mare Gaillard, not too busy during the week.

Beach of Roseau

Between Capesterre Belle Eau and Sainte Marie, the beach of Roseau has some shelters with tables and benches for the picnic. Rather busy by the local population.

Beach of the Raisins Clairs

Very beautiful white sandy beach located at the entrance of Saint François.

Beach of the îlet Caret

You can reach it by boat from Sainte Rose or the Marina de Gosier, see excursions or hiring of boats
