Saint François has kept his mills, essential for the beauty of the landscape, and its contests of pulling oxen unchain passions. Today, Saint François country offers a new face: market-gardening, nursery men, specialists in melon or horticulture, manage and export with an exceptional energy.

The borough is of great interest for the visitors by the variety of his architecture and the diversity of its activity with, in the center of the borough, its life around the old market, with its merchants of fruit and vegetables, its small trade and the church,very close, and in the sections around, dances, processions, parades, festivals and local fairs follow one another.
